From NRP: Blind People "Seeing"?

One of the reasons I pushed for getting a blog set up at the library was to provide access to new & updated articles regarding news concerning the hearing & visually challenged. One of my colleagues pointed out this article from NPR that's quite fascinating. It deals with a little known medical condition called Charles Bonnet Syndrome , which has an unusual effect on persons with macular degeneration or diabetic eye disease. Check it out.
